As the end of 2024 nears, every member of the Hansen’s Tree Service team wishes you a Joyous Holiday Season and a wonderful New Year. We also thank YOU, for your support during 2024, a year which was filled with good news for us!

You made 2024 a truly memorable year for Hansen’s. Your patronage enabled us to grow and as a direct result of that growth, we were able to add several new members to our team to ensure every customer received stellar services across the board.

The best example of how your business enabled us to grow is our new Lake of the Ozarks location we opened July 8. During recent years, we received a steadily increasing number of inquiries regarding Hansen’s providing tree services in the Lake of the Ozarks region. A large number of these inquiries came from our existing St. Louis metropolitan area customers, many of whom owned property in and around Lake of the Ozarks. As the number of calls increased, we knew the time was right to serve those customers, so we opened the new facility at 39 Cave Drive in Eldon, Missouri.

The growth in our business you created extended to our personnel. James Perrone, joined Hansen’s as Regional Manager at our Lake of the Ozarks facility. A 20-year tree service professional, James – an ISA Certified Arborist – has been busy working directly with our Lake of the Ozarks customers, hiring staff, assessing trees, scheduling and leading this rapidly growing location.

In March, we welcomed our newest Plant Health Care Manager, John Harvey. John is an ISA Certified Arborist, an ISA Qualified Tree Risk Assessment professional, and a Tree Care Industry Association certified plant health care technician with more than 35 years of experience in tree and plant health care. Like James, John is involved in virtually every facet of our customer service and operations.

All of this growth comes from YOU, our satisfied customers.

Our roots are deep, going back to our founding in 1988. Since then we have served thousands of customers, so many of whom we’ve worked with for more than 10, 20 or even 30 years. And we’re pleased that a high percentage of our new customers are referred wo us by our existing customers.

We consider it an honor to serve you, and we realize that while you have many choices when it comes to tree care, you continue to turn to us for service. We never forget that, and we truly appreciate it! Thank you!
